When you enter your Inner Sanctum (Brehmn – Azur-A), and focus your attention inside, there are a lot of things you can do. For example, you can astro-project, when you feel exhausted or overwhelmed by learning to center your attention and focus on this star of energy inside of you. By drawing on your attention from your own crown chakra you enter your Inner Sanctum while everything else remains outside and you are now in the quietness and hyper-cognition state that is present at this elevated consciousness level.

This is the best place to learn to communicate with your higher self.

Once you enter your Inner Sanctum, you are in the center point of connection with the entire Universe.

There comes a time in life when one needs to re-evaluate where one is related to where one expects to be moving toward. I believe I would be happiest doing something I value and am passionate about. I must chart a new course for me. When is the right time, is there a right time, or is now the best time and should I just go for it? Yes, together with my husband, Sydney, and our two boys Keanu and Kajyn, I have decided that time is now. I am ready for a serious career change especially since I have my family's full and complete support behind me. I consider myself a very blessed and lucky person.
For as long as I can remember, the Spiritual aspects of life have never ceased to fascinate and occupy me. All of this reached a new level when I was introduced to this powerful New Russian knowledge. Its concept has given me a different perspective and being privileged to lead the English Seminars for Carola Sarrasin of the Thailand Project, helped me meet so many other like-minded people. This helped strengthen my conviction I am doing something worthwhile.
I wanted, no, I needed a deeper understanding of this knowledge and decided to seek a more direct connection to its teachings, tools and methods. Not long after, I was extremely excited to be accepted into a rare certification course by none other Mr. Arcady Petrov, himself an ardent student of the New Russian Knowledge founder Grigori Grabovoi.
Arcady Petrov and his Russian Healing Methods that are leading to cases of miraculous healing and the regeneration of organs and teeth using Light and Consciousness is rapidly gaining international recognition. His Center and colleagues want to lead the world's medical system in a new direction....the direction of Light and Consciousness. I personally salute the work they are doing. We all know how consciousness works...the more people who know about this work, the quicker the collective consciousness will Wake Up and help us remember our full potential and who we really are.
Since I began using this New Russian Knowledge, the teachings of both Mr.Grabovoi and Mr. Petrov, I have seen and heard of the many successes this knowledge has inspired which has motivated and encouraged me to dedicate all of my time to practicing and sharing all of this powerful knowledge with you. I strongly believe, the sooner more of us get to know and understand this powerful concept the better off we will be and eventually transform our world into a wonderful and much nicer place to live and share life in.
Born in Germany of German-American parents, I grew up in America and returned to Germany to complete my Masters in Music and Vocal Education. Since then I have been teaching in schools in Germany and in America. I moved to Chiang Mai, Thailand to add to my teaching experience by joining an International School and have been living here happily for almost six years now. Chiang Mai has not lost any of its magic in all of that time. I love life here and would love to welcome you to visit and share with us in this New Russian Knowledge and this wonderful city that is home to me and my family.

‘It started a long time ago, when my holistic vision first ‘took shape’. As a child I remember asking those around me what would happen to all those things we never quite make use of in Life. Seeking a direct link with Natural Laws’, Resources and its Non-Negotiable Certainties, it lead me on a personal journey of over 35 years.
Since then my fields of interest were enthusiastically met by teachers full of wisdom encouraging me in various fields of Natural Health as they do still. Through engaging in Aromatherapy, Massage (Vibrational/ Energetic Healing styles), Colors, Sounds, Qi Gong, Meditation and Crystals, I explored its effect on Levels of Health and Consciousness alike. Having had a busy practice of Chinese Medicine, giving many treatments on a daily basis with Herbs and Acupuncture (which I limited myself to at that time), I truly live by what my experiences are and what I have witnessed as openings to Life, Health and Well-Being in a no-nonsense approach over 20 years of practice. Over the years, I happily contributed via numerous talks, instructed and otherwise aided the community, groups and individuals in their quest to Live.
It was during one of my AzurA workshop participations where I found myself working with a troublesome knee for some months now. After, we as a group applied a particular Process taught in the course, instantly I felt the energy shift, and with it my long held symptoms in that knee.
Although, having been acquainted with that during my own practice years many times over, I was amazed that it could be done just by solely relying on inner resources as were taught. ‘This is a ‘first hand insight’ to the Influences of Healing’ - Life had changed for me that day, and I set out to explore this phenomenon I had witnessed further. Today, my Partner and I are settled here in Chiang Mai to continue exploring choices to even the most challenging Health -issues we are currently encountering en mass and personally, by engaging in utilizing tools already available to all of us, or our inner resources. AzurA’s synergistic approach, the first of its type, which many are now utilizing, is part of the New Health Model which already has taken over in many parts of the world.
Being part of AzurA and the Wisdom of the New Russian Knowledge which I ratify as a ‘Keep it Simple’ approach to Life and the Living structures supporting us within and without ourselves, culminate many techniques in the fast field of what is possible to achieve, or simply put ‘miracles’. Additionally, the approach can be practiced by everyone regardless of creed, religion or otherwise motivated making it accessible to all.
Having been engaged with AzurA positively ,since then many agree that it is a culmination of how one addresses Future-Health’ today, as I have witnessed personally and engaged alone and with others to facilitate the principles of this important dispatch, which gives immense possibilities not only for Health, Longevity, and Re-Generation but also for a time we encounter hope in an independent way of realizing our potential as individuals functioning in a positive manner in our social world of today.

I have been witness to Leona’s fascination with spirituality for as far back as I can remember. Initially I was reluctant to get involved but over the years I find myself understanding the depth of her beliefs. Soon after Leona was introduced to the New Russian Knowledge she began to explain the main concept and methods to me and I began to gain a new respect for spirituality.
I have accompanied Leona on this leg of her spiritual journey and must admit I am suitably impressed. This New Russian Knowledge has helped me separate myself from my chemical daily intake of High-Blood Pressure medication. For almost a year my BP has been stable and my doctor is amazed. I wear the “Healing Numbers” for Blood-Pressure, Teeth and Blood-Sugar Count on a pure leather bracelet on my left arm so they are within the distance allowed to my body and in-line with these teachings. I feel my quality of life improving steadily and admit I need to be consistent with New Russian Knowledge Methods as well. Here is where I can publicly thank my wife, friend and life’s partner, Leona, for helping me make this happen.
Born and raised in New Delhi, India I was educated in a Jesuit School. Music has always been a great friend and companion and together we have travelled to many countries over the years. I have shared life living among my Aboriginal friends in Darwin, Australia who taught me so many valuable life-skills many of which influence me even today. South East Asia, and then Israel and later all of Europe was where I spent many good and great years before going to America.
I have worked in numerous capacities and different professions apart from music. My most recent position was Customer Care Operations Manager for Time Warner Cable, at the South Carolina Division. The fast paced life style was beginning to lose its charm and began to seriously interfere with our family life. After much thought I decided a role-reversal was truly necessary. That's exactly what we did.
Our ‘role-reversal’ led me here to beautiful Chiang Mai, Thailand. Leona is right, we love life here and as AzurA’s Director of Operations I look forward to being your host when you visit one of our AzurA Self-Help Workshops and Seminars soon.
